Many people associate aging with a loss of independence, but you'll be glad to know that this simply isn't the case. A huge part of staying independent is staying healthy, and you can't do that if you don't eat a healthy diet. Not only does eating the right foods help to prevent many health concerns, it will also help you maintain a healthy weight. This is essential because carrying around extra weight makes everything from exercising to getting out of bed a whole lot more difficult.
